Not only is Cindy Martin an incredibly talented actor, but she is the kind of actor you always want in your cast. I have directed Cindy twice, and she is the consummate professional: always ready and willing to jump in and try anything, and always far more prepared than I would expect or hope. We had some significant challenges in both productions she was in, and I knew I had an ace in the hole with Cindy in the cast.

Originally from West Virginia, I relocated to the D.C. area in 2002. Together, my husband and I run Ningen Manga Productions, Co-Producing together while Lonnie writes and directs and I lead the Marketing efforts.

With acting as my first love, I've played a variety of roles on stage. I have also been seen in several films in the area- a venue I love.

As a writer, my first stage play, a short called Night Flight, was read in D.C. by Venus Theatre as part of their wRighting Women Reading Series at the Touchstone Art Gallery.

I am a voice over artist and have a background in Broadcasting and Journalism, doing my TV News internship with WBOY channel 12 in Clarksburg, WV.  I also work as a Freelance Marketing Design Consultant under the name Boyce Creations for several companies including The Santa Fe Writers Project, a literary magazine and publishing company.

In the evening, I play mom to four beautiful animals who share the Martin home with Lonnie and I: Abbie, Kali, Dorsey, and Snow.
